NAOYA INOUE'S PROMOTER EXPRESSES INTEREST IN KENNETH LLOVER

Ohashi Promotions, the promoter of Japanese pound-for-pound superstar Naoya Inoue, has expressed its interest in signing unbeaten Filipino prospect and OPBF bantamweight champion Kenneth Llover.

Ohashi Promotions is headed by retired world champion Hideyuki Ohashi.

According to Llover's handler Gerry Peñalosa, he's open to working with anyone for as long as the prospective partner can lay down a clear path for Llover's world championship dream.

"What I am looking for is a plan. A pathway to be laid out by a prospective partner on how many fights it would take before Llover gets a world title shot," Penalosa told GMA News Online.

Just last week, Treasure Boxing Promotion head honcho Masayuki Ito also expressed his desire to sign Kenneth Llover to his stable, citing the Filipino pugilist as his "best interest" right now.

Llover, 14-0 with 9 knockouts, had his last two fights in Japan, winning both of them via first-round technical knockout that caught the attention of Japanese boxing heads,

The retired two-division champion turned promoter Peñalosa says he is flying to Japan to sit down with parties interested in Llover.
